The sun, my heart
Author: Thich Naht Hanh
Buddhism is not a dogmatic system to be worshiped, but a current of thought that must permeate every aspect of personal life. No task is too humble to become an opportunity for practice. Getting up in the morning, drinking tea, washing dishes, working, are actions carried out every day quickly, superficially, always thinking about what we will do next. But the important thing is not to let ourselves be invaded by the 'external' world, not to allow others to guide us by telling us what to do and think: we must find the courage to be alone with ourselves.
