You go from loneliness
Author: B.Alan Wallace
The author, who was a Tibetan monk for fourteen years, was able to receive the oral transmission of the teachings presented here from the Tibetan lay master Kungo Barshi. They are particularly suitable for those who live an active and busy life. They do not ask the practitioner to retire to a hermitage, but rather to reexamine all his relationships with others, friends, enemies or strangers, and to gradually transform his reactions to various circumstances in life.
