Kirti Tsenshab Rinpoche - The eight points of mental training

The Tibetan Buddhist tradition contains many practices for improving our attitude towards others.

This mental training belongs to a group of teachings and practices, known as "thought transformation" (in Tibetan: Lojong), which concern the transformation of egoic thinking into an attitude that cares for others, with the ultimate goal of developing bodhicitta: the mind that aspires to attain enlightenment for the benefit of all beings.
