Delog: women who travel beyond death
Author: Delog Dawa Drolma
"Delog" is a Tibetan word that refers to someone who has crossed the threshold of death and returned to tell us what is "beyond". Dawa Drolma is a Tibetan delog, as well as a holder of Vajrayana Buddhism. For five whole days she remained motionless, showing no signs of life: she was not breathing, her heart was still and her body was cold. On that occasion, the link between mind and body is severed, and his consciousness has traveled to other experiential realms. In these pages he describes what he saw, and which gave birth in the heart to an unlimited compassion for sentient beings: he could experience how far our existence in the illusory everyday world is from being pure unlimited consciousness.
